Part Time Warehouse Helper – North America


·         Receive, unpack and verify inventory from UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

·         Sort and place inventory according to predetermined inventory procedures

·         Pick, pack and ship product using warehousing system

·         Conduct physical inventory counts

·         Maintain a safe, clean working environment

·         Perform required shipping tasks on a computer using CRM and other Microsoft software


Qualifications and Requirements


·         Minimum of one to two years related experience

·         Familiar with warehousing practices and handling methods

·         Ability to manage priorities, workflow and meet deadlines

·         Computer Literate, familiar with Microsoft Windows applications, skilled in Excel use – Pivot tables, analysis, creation and updating

·         Analytical and math skills (Basic algebra/Math)

·         Basic understanding of databases

·         Familiar with the packing and shipping courier’s websites (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS)

·         International and domestic shipping documentation experience is a plus

·         Ability to lift, move and carry objectives up to 75Lbs

·         Show strong work ethic and a positive, helpful attitude, must be dependable and loyal with intention of long-term employment

·         Salesforce CRM skills is a plus, but not required, training will be provided

·         Ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision

·         Forklift certification preferred, but not required

·         Location: Milpitas, CA
