Inside Sales Representative

Role:

Comba Telecom, Inc. is looking for a driven and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our North American sales team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be at the center of customer communications, order processing, and sales support—playing a key part in ensuring smooth operations and a great customer experience.

Key Resposibilities:

Customer Support & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between customers, distributors, and the sales team
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns by coordinating with operations and sales leadership

Order & Quotation Management

  • Process and enter all sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support sales directors by preparing quotes and proposals for customers and distributors
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and delivery timelines are met

CRM & Documentation

  • Maintain and update customer information, orders, and contacts in CRM
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales records and platforms

Product & Sales Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of Comba’s product offerings to communicate effectively with customers
  • Provide product information and technical assistance when needed

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Help generate and compile reports for sales leadership
  • Provide insight into sales trends, customer feedback, and operational bottlenecks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service—telecom/technology experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
