Responsibilities
As a Junior Technician in our US application engineering group, you will provide technical support for our wireless products, such as public safety and commercial repeaters & antennas for US customers. The candidate must be hands on, creative, provide technical vision and expertise to contribute to Comba’s advanced product offering. Some of other responsibilities are listed below:
- Assembling and internal wiring of electronic modules, passives and sub systems.
- Perform final testing and finishing the products.
- Perform accurate RF measurements such as gain, flatness, return loss, IP3, P1dB, noise figure & spurs.
- Able to build & calibrate test set-up for each of the measurement.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation and test results.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree in electronics or technical/scientific discipline desired.
- Knowledge of electronic and mechanical assembly.
- Basic knowledge of RF theory and test techniques preferred.
- Familiar with the use of network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power meter, and oscilloscope.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Self-motivated with strong communication skill, and work well in a team environment.
